Extremely bad service
1. They were never on time at my site. They only started around 11am every day! And leave at 4pm (There was one day that I asked them not to leave after 4pm and they left at 3pm. 2. There was NO supervision on what the worker had to do for the day. The workers did their own thing. There was a lady that dropped the workers ever day and stayed 30 minutes at most, and none of the questions I asked her she could answer other than, "I will talk to Natasha and let you know" 3. The site was never cleaned when they left, in fact I had to threaten with none payment of the last amount before the site was finally cleaned and this was not done as expected. 4. They used to drop at least 2 workers, and many a time one worked and the other sat on his phone. 5. They used my LAPA as a toilet (to urinate) instead of asking to show them where the toilet was. Needless to say, this was never cleaned and the smell was unbearable and my house**** had to clean it eventually. 6. I paid extra for them to level the pool, this was not done a 100% 7. I was offered on the quote a “free” service of putting the existing water into a bladder, when I asked for this to happen, I was told they did not have a bladder and could only start much later if I wanted to use this service, I was under a time constraint and they had to accept that the water will be wasted. I was also told that it will cost more in chemicals to get the old water clear again than to refill the pool. 8. I asked for a final inspection by them, however the same people that did the work did the “final” inspection. 9. Towards the end I was continuously “nagged” for payment, even thu they were not complete. 10. I also had to ask them to collect the guys. One day they sat doing NOTHING from 1pm and was only collected at around 5pm. I live in a complex and cannot leave them unsupervised.

Boksburg Pool Services Are a nightmare
6 months after completion the paving is crumbling and the paintwork is experiencing serious discoloration. Natasha. As usual, is Nowhere to be found. Do not waste your money using these people. I Spent over R30 000 and have serious remorse!!

Boksburg Pool Services Are a nightmare
6 months after completion the paving is crumbling and the paintwork is experiencing serious discoloration. Natasha. As usual, is Nowhere to be found. Do not waste your money using these people. I Spent over R30 000 and have serious remorse!!

No after sales service or contact.
Had my pool re-marbelite about three weeks ago. No supervision on site as promised. They quote that they can store 60% of the water, when finished after damaging the colonial stone around the pool, only about 30% of the water was restored. Their excuse was maybe there is a leak on their baldder. They left without cleaning the site. Took me the whole of Saturday to clean up and with a high pressure cleaner to remove marbelite from my paving around the pool. When I contacted them, very apologetic and will send out the rep that did the original quote. Guess what still waiting, no person and no contact. Absolutely shocking service......

Very very bad after service, They came and repainted our pool in Aug 2025 no supervision on site while the work is being done, and after the water was added there was defects on the Mosaic and on the steps, I Requested that Natasha or Johan come and have a look why its doing it, But they stopped communicated with us and now we sit with the defects, So no i will never Recommend this company to anyone.

Very very bad after service, They came and repainted our pool in Aug 2025 no supervision on site while the work is being done, and after the water was added there was defects on the Mosaic and on the steps, I Requested that Natasha or Johan come and have a look why its doing it, But they stopped communicated with us and now we sit with the defects, So no i will never Recommend this company to anyone.

Day 3 our pool showed spots all along the sides of the pool where they sanded. I made them aware of the issues. The owner and his wife disregards my calls and messages send. Then I also noted they created another pool business nl Wesrand pool renovators. Quality of work poor, no supervision nor a final inspection on work done. Now they ignore me totally.All I am asking is to come and inspect problem and fix the issue.

Day 3 our pool showed spots all along the sides of the pool where they sanded. I made them aware of the issues. The owner and his wife disregards my calls and messages send. Then I also noted they created another pool business nl Wesrand pool renovators. Quality of work poor, no supervision nor a final inspection on work done. Now they ignore me totally.All I am asking is to come and inspect problem and fix the issue.

DISHONEST COMPANY - BOKSBURG POOL RENOVATIONS
I would not recommend this company to anyone. Natasha is a very dishonest person. Did not disclose that their company is having a 30% off winter promotion and took our entire payment of R15 580 for renovations to a 4.5mx3m pool. After the payment was done we saw the promotion on Facebook and then very conveniently Natasha says the price was discounted. We got other quotes cheaper than this, but decided to go with this DISHONEST COMPANY cos we thought they were good and trustworthy. Nowhere on the quotation did she specify a 30% discount. Natasha is totally dishonest and did not even apologise for not mentioning the discount to us..BUT wants to quickly safeguard herself by saying the discount was included. Natasha admit that you messed up and stole my money and rectify what you did wrong. Also learn some decent CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. Natasha is a very dishonest person.
