I would not recommend this company to anyone. Natasha is a very dishonest person. Did not disclose that their company is having a 30% off winter promotion and took our entire payment of R15 580 for renovations to a 4.5mx3m pool. After the payment was done we saw the promotion on Facebook and then very conveniently Natasha says the price was discounted. We got other quotes cheaper than this, but decided to go with this DISHONEST COMPANY cos we thought they were good and trustworthy. Nowhere on the quotation did she specify a 30% discount. Natasha is totally dishonest and did not even apologise for not mentioning the discount to us..BUT wants to quickly safeguard herself by saying the discount was included. Natasha admit that you messed up and stole my money and rectify what you did wrong. Also learn some decent CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS.
Admed Gap Cover is the worst company ever. I would give them 0 stars…I am waiting for them to sort my claims for over 5 months now. All documentation was sent to them, but they find every excuse to delay the process by telling you they still need documentation. All invoices were sent to them over 200 times. They are too quick to take your money every month, but when you have a claim it’s very clear to see they do not want to pay. Please do not join this company..it’s a waste of money. They have the most pathetic customer service ever, nobody knows what is going on and then they ask for the same information that was previously sent. For over 5 months the same invoices are requested over and over again. Their whole idea is to delay everything so that they don’t have to pay. What is the point of having Gap Cover with Admed when they are just useless *******.
