Horrible experience and will never attend this practice

This is a very unprofessional dental practice from the receptionist to the dentist. I will never attend or recommend this practice to anyone in the future. I called and made a booking for my son to go through a treatment recommended by the dentist at the practice. The booking was not confirmed i called back a few days later and spoke to the receptionist. The response i received was very unprofessional by the receptionist as she screamed at me on the phone. This should have been the first indication of the unprofessionalism at this practice but it did not stop there. On the day of the booking for my son's treatment. We arrived on time and waited for 1 1/2hours before we were told by the receptionist that the procedure has to be rescheduled for another week. The dentist did not come out at all and speak to us or apologise. No sense of professionalism whatsoever. Please do not ever go to this dental practice. They have no care or concern for their patients at all
