Very bad customer service from them. Loan was approved, was informed by the agent to pay the R700, After that was paid, She said she had a faulty keyboard, and that the amount should have been R1700. Asked for my money back, now they cannot payback the R700. So with how many other clients did this happen, and if this was a legal document, I just refuse to pay that R1000, and she even said that my way of arguing about it is stupid, so yes be very aware when trying to use thsi company.
