Was informed my loan approved and must pay R350 to the agent which I did now they want another R500.I asked for a refund now they getting rude and say gonna get me arrested?😀 for what??? They also start to threaten me its not right misleading people..and I had a strange feeling this is to good to be true...please be carefullfor all the online companies claiming that can help with loans because they cant just ****ming people

Very bad customer service from them. Loan was approved, was informed by the agent to pay the R700, After that was paid, She said she had a faulty keyboard, and that the amount should have been R1700. Asked for my money back, now they cannot payback the R700. So with how many other clients did this happen, and if this was a legal document, I just refuse to pay that R1000, and she even said that my way of arguing about it is stupid, so yes be very aware when trying to use thsi company.

Good day Kindly assist me, i had a 24 months agreement with eadyloans load to pay off my debts in 24 with 100%cash back , the agreement was from August 2020 to August 2022, i have paid 23, and beginning of the month there was an error made on my side and I acknowledge it when one of the consultant(Prudence) phone me and we agreed that double debit can be processed to cover the mistake. Am supposed to get my 100% cash back immediately after paying my last installment until today i have not received anything, o phone on Monday(29/08/22) to follow-up with Prudence, since she said she will call me back until today am still waiting, I then phone again yesterday with no success. Kindly assist I want my cash back. As promised. Please help. Kind regards, Boitumelo
