Good day I need help, i have scheduled an installation to be done on the 30.11.2024 as im moving houses, everything was scheduled for 10:30 on the 30.11.2024, no one came, no call was received until i made a call around 11:30 i was told a technician its on the way, until today im still waiting for the technician. Am tired of phoning everyday to ask for an update, cause the reason why i scheduled the moving was to avoid this inconvience as im working from home , i have contacted mweb, vumatel and still no update until today. have joined LML Solutions in August 2024, as the have promised to be a middle man between myself and my creditors, they have debited me for full 4 months R585 ( to be corrected) but until today I did not receive what they have promised, and I’m done paying them still stuck with no solutions, they don’t contact you for any update, whenever you call or sent them messages, they are still waiting for creditors. I want my refund, cause I have paid for nothing.
Good day Kindly assist me, i had a 24 months agreement with eadyloans load to pay off my debts in 24 with 100%cash back , the agreement was from August 2020 to August 2022, i have paid 23, and beginning of the month there was an error made on my side and I acknowledge it when one of the consultant(Prudence) phone me and we agreed that double debit can be processed to cover the mistake. Am supposed to get my 100% cash back immediately after paying my last installment until today i have not received anything, o phone on Monday(29/08/22) to follow-up with Prudence, since she said she will call me back until today am still waiting, I then phone again yesterday with no success. Good day Even after my sending several emails to Almarie Boshof, Maritsa Nel(both Managers) and Team Leader(Bridgette) and Tshegofatso Meko requesting a feedback. I still haven't received any feedback with regards to my cashback and debit order that went through my account without authorization, I even sent them my bank statement but still they are all quite. Good day Kindly assist me, i had a 12 months agreement with Just bridge load to pay off my debts in 12 with 100%cash back , the agreement was from August 2020 to July 2021, i have fully paid load, and i was supposed to get my 100% cash back immediately after paying my last installment until today i have not received anything, I've made several calls, and being sent from one department to another without any help. until i get the lady by the name of Tshegofatso Meko, has being trying to help me , on Wednesday(25/08/21) last week she said i will get my money by Thursday(26/08/21) , and on Friday(27/08/21) she told me about the system(Numix) being offline, and to my surprise today my account was deducted an amount of R354.06, i asked myself how cause i don't owe them anything.
