False Claims, Data Misuse, and Zero Accountability – LML Solutions
I received a call today from LML Solutions, and I’m absolutely shocked by their conduct. The agent started the conversation by saying: “I had phoned in because I'm needing a loan because I'm blacklisted.” This is completely false. I have never contacted this business and I am not blacklisted—I have an excellent credit score. When I asked where they got my details from, the agent hung up on me. I then called their customer service line. The lady I spoke to was polite but could not tell me where they sourced my data or who sold them my details. This is deeply concerning. Misleading customers by saying they are blacklisted is ********* and potentially ******** under the National Credit Act and POPIA. I have asked to be removed from their database, but I hope the Information Regulator investigates their practices.

Disappointing experience with Avri credit
Disappointing Experience with AVRI Credit LML Solution Rating: 0/5 I'm extremely dissatisfied with the service provided by AVRE Credit. They promised to remove my name from credit listings within 4-6 weeks, but it's been 6 months and nothing has changed. Despite completing payments, my case has stagnated since the original consultant resigned. The new consultant (Nonhlanhla) is unresponsive, only promising to call back without follow-through. The lack of communication and progress is frustrating. I urge others to think twice before engaging their services. Specifically, I'd like to highlight: - Failure to meet promised timelines - Poor communication and follow-up - Lack of progress since the original consultant's resignation

Service I have never received
have joined LML Solutions in August 2024, as the have promised to be a middle man between myself and my creditors, they have debited me for full 4 months R585 ( to be corrected) but until today I did not receive what they have promised, and I’m done paying them still stuck with no solutions, they don’t contact you for any update, whenever you call or sent them messages, they are still waiting for creditors. I want my refund, cause I have paid for nothing.
