Service I have never received

have joined LML Solutions in August 2024, as the have promised to be a middle man between myself and my creditors, they have debited me for full 4 months R585 ( to be corrected) but until today I did not receive what they have promised, and I’m done paying them still stuck with no solutions, they don’t contact you for any update, whenever you call or sent them messages, they are still waiting for creditors. I want my refund, cause I have paid for nothing.
