We visited Ocean Basket at The Grove mall to celebrate Valentine's Day with my daughter expecting a repeat of our previous great experience. Unfortunately, our service was subpar. Our server, Melody, seemed inattentive, too busy for us and didn't provide basic table settings. Food arrived over an hour later, not fully served. We had to request another waiter for assistance. Compared to our previous visit with server Martha👌, The experience left a sour taste and even ruined our evening, which was meant to be a special celebration. We hope future visits can match the high standards we've experienced before.
I'm writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the delivery service provided by GFS Express, who were responsible for delivering my recent order from Temu. My items were handed over to GFS Express for delivery over a week ago, and despite numerous updates indicating that delivery was imminent, I have yet to receive my items. The tracking status has been stuck on "delivery failed" since Friday, with daily SMS notifications stating that a driver has been assigned, only for the process to repeat. I've tried contacting GFS Express multiple times, including speaking to a representative on Monday, but the issue remains unresolved. Unfortunately, my calls are no longer being answered, and I'm not receiving any meaningful updates. I would appreciate if you could look into this matter and assist in resolving the issue. Disappointing Experience with AVRI Credit LML Solution Rating: 0/5 I'm extremely dissatisfied with the service provided by AVRE Credit. They promised to remove my name from credit listings within 4-6 weeks, but it's been 6 months and nothing has changed. Despite completing payments, my case has stagnated since the original consultant resigned. The new consultant (Nonhlanhla) is unresponsive, only promising to call back without follow-through. The lack of communication and progress is frustrating. I urge others to think twice before engaging their services. Poor Service and Delayed Delivery I'm writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the service I've received from your Makro store, On March 28th, I ordered and paid for an Airfryer online, with an expected delivery date of April 2nd. However, I've yet to receive my order, and my attempts to contact your their team have been met with unprofessionalism. ## Timeline of Events - March 28th: Ordered and paid for Airfryer online - April 2nd: Expected delivery date - April 3rd: Called to inquire about order status, promised callback - April 10th Sent email query, received reference number - April 11, Called again, experienced poor service and unprofessional behavior from consultant ## Current Status My order is still listed as "in-store" and has not been shipped. I'm extremely dissatisfied with the lack of communication and poor service I've received. I'm now seeking a full refund for my order.
