DSTV REFUSE TO REFUND MY PAYMENT AFTER CANCELLED MY SUBSCRIPTION
I have cancelled my DSTV subscription on the 22ns of January 2024 and was told my the agent that my subscription will not be deducted on the 26th of January for the following month. She said that if by some chance it does get deducted she will make sure to get it refunded immediately. On 2 occasions now including this past Saturday that I received a call from DSTV I told them that it was cancelled and I am awaiting my refund. The last call was this past Saturday where I asked the agent Nokwanda Magwaza to get a supervisor or manager to phone me with regard to my refund and still to this minute NO CALL BACK!!
