Worst Customer service ever!!!!
TenaZ is a expensive product that you need to use for life!!! Never start with Tenaz. You have to stay on the expensive product for the rest of your life or else you will pick up double your weight that you lost. The reason Hannie is the face of TenaZ is because she gets the product for free every month. If the product works so well why does the owner’s weight fluctuate from skinny to fat to skinny!!! Sanet isn’t what she says she is.

Vodacom worse feedback
Vodacom is the worse service provider when it comes to feedback and incorrect billing. Someone phoned me in October and offered more data and minutes on 5 numbers without telling me that my monthly amount would be higher. After phoning 4 times to get this corrected and being promised that someone would get back to me, I now have to pay almost R4000 more this month for 5 of my phone contracts. Everyone promises to send a mail to the back office with no feedback. If I send my debit order back the phones will be dead…..really a catch 22 and a freakin ripoff 🤬 I have been with them since 1997, think it’s time to change

Vodacom totally unfair
I took out a contract for Wifi with a router in 2022 while my son was studying in Hatfield. He finished his studies in November 2023 and subsequently got married and moved to Noordheuwel in Krugersdorp December 2023. After logging a query stating that there’s either bad or no signal in that area I was told that there’s nothing that can be done. When asked if they could cancel my contract I was told NO. I asked to migrate the contract to fibre, that can’t be done either. I don’t mind paying for something that does work but to pay for something that doesn’t work, to no fault of mine, is just not fair and ridiculous. I have 10, yes 10 contracts with Vodacom and have been with them for 27 years. I have NEVER cancelled a contract and been paying by debit order. I was also told, what it boils down too, that when a contract is taken out that you can’t move for the duration of the contract due to signal issues. Who does Vodacom think they are???!!!! Krugersdorp isn’t on a farm or far from towers. So why is there no signal???!!!! I will take my contracts one by one to another service provider as soon as they expire.
