The worst insurance I have ever dealt with, customer service is none existent. You would think a well known company such as this will be on top of things but it’s an embarrassment

They will mess up with your credit record
I bought couches from these people in 2021, entered into a 12 month repayment agreement with them. I paid off my account on the agreed date. 1 year later I find out that my account has been handed over to debt collectors. I call the debt collectors in question to ask about the alleged debt they confirm that my account is paid up but she advised that i call home Italia to find out what the issue is. I call HomeItalia I speak to nelly the manager, she promises to call me back but doesn’t. I call them back and the phone has been switch off since.

IF YOU ARE THINKING OF DOING WITH THEM, I WOULD ADVISE YOU NOT TO.
The worse company I’ve ever done business with. Today I spoke to a certain Nombulelo from the billing department (this is after my emails were not being answered). She has to be one of the most useless human beings I have ever engaged with. Even an AI automated robot is better than her. She did not have answers to basic questions, she couldn’t furnish me with a statement for my account. Infact it’s been almost 24 months and I have NEVER been furnished with a monthly statement (other REPUTABLE service providers do this). They debit when ever they prefer ****erally) leaving you with a bad credit record for missed payments. Disgusting to say the least. I requested my statement of account to enable me to pay for the remaining 3 months so that I can do away with them…they still COULD NOT DO THAT
