Bought two camping chairs from them during Black Friday sale of 2023. After hardly being used one of them broke in January 2024. I sent an email right away to them with a photo of the problem. After not hearing from them after 3 days I sent another email. After a week I still didn't hear from them and then had to phone. I was promised to get feedback the same day but guess what, I didn't hear from them. I had to make contact again after two days of waiting for a call. Eventually after two weeks since my first email the chair was collected for assessment. It is now two weeks since it has been collected and four weeks since I first logged a complaint, and I still haven't been informed of the outcome of the assessment. Oztrail doesn't communicate with their clients, if you don't contact them, they don't contact you. Their after sales service is non existing to say the least. Worst I've ever experienced.
