Still no refund or cancellation confirmation. Mmabatho Pule has the audacity to tell me i used the incorrect address and they cannot backdate my cancellation yet the same incorrect email rep**** and sent me a ticket. I do not want a call. I want the confirmation of the cancellation and refund.

cancellation confirmation and refund
cancelled October 2024. let them debit until i followed up again in 2026 april. Mapule rep**** and i confirmed i want the cancellation processed after she reviewed my premium. no response and to date i am still following up. i was debited on the 20th on an account that does not work. i want all of my funds from 2024 when i cancelled to May 2026 with all the unpaid debits they have been causing me on a none active account.

sent a cancellation request 02 October. they responded a month later. i asked for digital forms as i moved, they do not have and i was told if i do not come in then they can't help me. they are still deducting but its over 3months notification and their problem of not adapting after covid should not be mine. CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP.
