Terrible services from Clear Access and Shenne Dewdass. Been a client for many years and wanted to add a connection at my other property. After 2 weeks of communication and application they stated I needed to do a whole new online application. I decided late to move away from them, which I did after that. Writing this so you don’t have to go through the pain I did. Cancelled my contract, found a new provider for both properties and hopefully won’t have to deal with Shenne or Clear Access again!
My internet stopped working and called into Clear Access support for assistance. I was assisted by a gentleman named Devon Blamire. Devon was clearly knowledgeable and quickly realised I wasn’t very tech savvy and so he was extremely patient with me and willing to take the time with me for troubleshooting. He quickly realised that the issue was on the fibre providers side. Devon then offered to log a call with the fibre provider, which he did. He kept me in the loop on the process and sorted the issue out within an hour. I was really impressed with Devon’s knowledge of the product but more so with his level of customer service. Experiences such as this makes me happy to recommend Devon and Clear Access to anyone looking for an internet Service Provider. Thank you for the pleasant experience Devon!
