My product was months late and though I requested a refund I never qualified for one as the product was "out on delivery" supposedly. A year later, my product never arrived and I had long since passed the cut-off time to qualify for refunds anyway. Today I got a refunded, though to my ASOS account, meaning if I use it I will most likely go through the same process again. Either way, my money is lost. Please do not expect any quality communication or customer service from them.
