Very bad services from them ordered an item already paid after that made contact with them just to find out they had difficulty in tracking my order when I gave them the correct email information when I sended them the screenshots of proof of order and email confirmation only then I received a response.made courier payment yet the email support services aint working or the email address is not supported.It appears I wont be able to get my product from them and that I've lost my money.I will never order from these people again it does appear they are ****ming people when I read other reviews. Its okay I learned from this mistake.

Do not order anything with these *******. I ordered on the English website and was away when my parcel arrived. I checked the return window, which said 28 days. Then it turns out that in the Netherlands you have a return window of 14 days, which was not long enough and wouldnt have ordered it if i had known that beforehand, The customers service is complety useless and keep parroting the returnpolicy for the Netherland where my account is not under. So now i am stuck with clothes I dont fit and no way to return them, while they mislead me with a 28 day return promise.

Do not order anything with these *******. I ordered on the English website and was away when my parcel arrived. I checked the return window, which said 28 days. Then it turns out that in the Netherlands you have a return window of 14 days, which was not long enough and wouldnt have ordered it if i had known that beforehand, The customers service is complety useless and keep parroting the returnpolicy for the Netherland where my account is not under. My product was months late and though I requested a refund I never qualified for one as the product was "out on delivery" supposedly. A year later, my product never arrived and I had long since passed the cut-off time to qualify for refunds anyway. Today I got a refunded, though to my ASOS account, meaning if I use it I will most likely go through the same process again. Either way, my money is lost. Please do not expect any quality communication or customer service from them.

I purchased a necklace from ASOS on the 1st March 2023 and they said the estimated delivery date will be the 22nd of March 2023. Today It i the 31st of March 2023 and I am still waiting. When I try to track my order with the order number, nothing prevails. There is no number to call or anyone to email. That shop is a ****, if they could just refund me my money. :(

I ordered my Air Jordan 11 CMFT Low on the 22nd of November 2022 and received them yesterday (29 March 2023). Although i had selected the cheapest delivery method (GBP10 or equivalent of ZAR200 at the time of order placement), the delivery process was a bit slow. From the manifest, they only dispatched the order (handed it to the courier) on the 30th of November 2022, which is about 8 days later from the purchase/transaction date. I'm still happy that i managed to receive my fresh kicks and can proudly say that ASOS.com IS NOT A ****!!!

Ordered on 31st of Jan. it is now 19th of March. Order tracking is not very helpful, no help from both the courier and ASOS when i asked SEVERAL times and when i wrote a poor review BECAUSE I RECEIVED POOR SERVICE as well as never received my package, it was denied cause they only allow positive reviews (so they have no integrity). After waiting weeks after paying for fast shipping, after receiving little to no updates and after all the stress they’ve caused they are now returning my item. incredibly frustrating. I urge you to not use this service and avoid it at ALL costs.

Ordered on 31st of Jan. it is now 19th of March. Between Asos and Aramex, I am not sure who is worse. I have been waiting for a package marked “out for delivery” since Friday the 14th of October, it is now the 18th. Each day, the tracking updates to “out for delivery” and each evening with the package still undelivered, the tracking updates to “customer not available” or “awaiting updated address from customer”. These are both lies. Not once has any courier or representative of Aramex contacted me. Not a call, SMS or email has been received by me from anyone. And of course, there is no way to contact Aramex directly. My next course of action is to contact the Ombudsman in both Hong Kong and the UK and have both Aramex and Asos dragged over the coals for service failure. What a pathetic bunch of nancies both these companies are. Save yourself a lot of trouble and just don’t do business with them.
