Although they have been entangled in the whole Sasfin Bank saga who have their own bad karma due to the whole 'gold mafia' saga, Hello Paisa has actually filled gap that even Mukuru.com did not manage to fill effectively. Hello Paisa debit cards can actually enable card holders to transact online, which is the final piece of the puzzle that Mukuru.com has been missing. This means clients are able to buy anything they want online, from gadgets to clothing from Takealot.com , or any website of their choice. I would have given them a 4-star rating if it wasn't because of their sluggish response to customer email enquiries. I once emailed their support team and a bloke named 'Tauseef Varachia' told me they were on leave and that was exactly on 01 January 2023. Exactly one year and three months later, my ticket is still open and no one has bothered replying. My query/complain was why i had to pay the agent who opened my account ZAR100 only to be charged another ZAR80 by the company as soon as i made my first deposit.
Now on my personal second order from Runwaysale.co.za, I would say they have kept the engine running in a tough business environment. They did respond to my Google review in reasonable time, so they do have a good PR/comms team. Although they gave me a minor explanation that shipping to outlying areas are only done on certain days. I wish these Cape Town businesses could reduce shipping times to places like Polokwane to something like 3 business days. Are there no couriers you guys can use who are affordable and can handle the work faster? Shipping times aside, you do get enormous value for money. Recently, there's some killer deals on Salomon, Columbia, New Balance, Fox, etc. For dress/formal shoes, may your team please inform us if the shoes are genuine leather or not/faux leather? We can't always tell from looking at a picture! And tell us if the sole is rubber or what. Plus, some of us don't want those faux shoes at all we don't like buying shoes that do not last a good few years. To a first time shopper, this business is legit and your goods will arrive in around 5 working days. They have been keepin' it real since my varsity days. #MothersDayTreats
I ordered my Air Jordan 11 CMFT Low on the 22nd of November 2022 and received them yesterday (29 March 2023). Although i had selected the cheapest delivery method (GBP10 or equivalent of ZAR200 at the time of order placement), the delivery process was a bit slow. From the manifest, they only dispatched the order (handed it to the courier) on the 30th of November 2022, which is about 8 days later from the purchase/transaction date. I'm still happy that i managed to receive my fresh kicks and can proudly say that ASOS.com IS NOT A ****!!!
I signed up for a tax-free investment account and it was supposed to be that only, but my financial advisor (Batebang Moholi) signed me up for a pension/retirement fund. Even after sending multiple emails since April 2022 requesting for the cancellation of my policy, they still continued to debit my account. Yesterday I tried to go withdraw again after they failed to find my policy last time, and to my amazement, I spent an hour sitting before I was given any attention at Savannah Mall (Polokwane) branch. Even the FAIS people said I should have reported that financial advisor but I thought I shouldn't go too hard on them. Guess I was wrong. Now they could see my funds that I contributed but I was told a lot of bs like "we can't find your policy number", and "why did you register over the phone?" , and "let us call the guy who signed you up", and "you can't send us an email and we don't accept flash drives", and "we can't print your document for you go and pay somewhere else", and "let me ask the manager if you can send us something via email, and "let me go to the bathroom I'm coming back I won't take time", "come back tomorrow". Like I mean which business in the 21st century doesn't have an email? If you don't want viruses from flash/USB drives, which I totally understand, at least have an email address for the branch. Like how are we supposed to send you electronic documents. And what kind of banking facility can't even print something for their client they rather chase them out first? If you ignore this review you totally don't know what's good for you. Scam and ****ty company.
I have been sending messages to every platform, email, Twitter but all I ever got was a measly support ticket and no further help. On Twitter they told me to submit a support query on the website. I mean where are the humans behind the Twitter account and what's the whole point of having a Twitter account if you can't help your clients using that platform? I want to withdraw my funds and Easy Equities is not verifying my new bank details. All they hide behind is "at least 48 hours to respond to your query, if we fail we will do it within six weeks'. I mean ask yourself this, do you want to wait six weeks to receive your hard earned money from a trading platform. Because phone support is almost non-existent, you are stuck with a useless support ticket. I do not recommend this company to anyone at all anymore.
Technical team is virtually nonexistent. Or maybe they are androids. I submitted a support ticket on the website when I had technical issues trying to buy Tongaat Hulett shares. I had enough funds but the platform was having errors. I even sent them a screenshot but to no avail. I expected better from this form
<p>The website is kind enough to let us know when the sales are closing but i'm not sure if they have addressed the issue of when exactly are sales opening, because on the website, it says that sales are opeing soon.</p>
