Fenway refuse to assist with any warranty support for products bought. I am forced to go back to ITworkup who in turn say go back to Fenway as they have no link to the suppliers. The product will be out of warranty and neither company want to assist
I took a keyboard in for repair under warranty over 5 month ago, they have not assisted me saying there are issues with Fenway and the supplier and they cannot do anything, they still have the keyboard which is no out of warrant and still they say they cannot do anything.
I call in to port my number from Contract to Pre-Paid once the contract had reached the 24 months. I was told a package will be collected today, the promise was before 5 PM. For an entire day the expectation was set to be collected by 5 PM. My wife waited since 3 only to be told after 5 when I followed up it will not be collected because it is a town shipment this can only be collected tomorrow. Why was an expectation set and no follow up done to say the package will not be collected? <br> Ref :JNB 2196056
