This woman is a dishonest person. She approached my company for Marketing and for Adverti*****t creation. We created a video for her which she then posted on her WhatsApp and Facebook page. She is now refusing to p ay for the work done.

WALTONS THE GHOST TOWN!!!!
I would have rated Zero if it was an option. I requested a Quote on Monday the 6 Feb. I used the link via their website. The next day I had received no feedback whatsoever. I then called the call centre where I was informed that the link is no good, I must please use a different email. I then sent the exact same email the next day to the new email address and was promised 24 hours response. By Thursday Still nothing - not even an automated response. I called them again - to which this time i was told it was actually a 48 hour turn around but someone will definitely be getting back to me asap. It is now Thursday 15 February and still no response. I have since received a quote, made payment and received my order from a different company entirely. This is the worst service I have ever experienced and its sad that their standards have dropped this low!!!
