I did my vehicle disc with Nedbank last month and still haven’t gotten it. Evrytime I call to ask for feedback I am being referred to Braima, Skynet, RTMC of which I have gotten no where with any of them. Why partner with companies that allows your consumers to struggle and suffer? I am so disappointed and wouldn’t recommend Nedbank to anyone…
I have been attempting to enroll in a PMP short course at the university, but the process has been incredibly frustrating. It feels as though I am being given the runaround, similar to enrolling for an undergraduate program. The university's enterprise has been providing me with the requirements one by one, without offering any real assistance. I was supposed to start attending classes on the 5th, but to date, I have not attended a single class. My WhatsApp messages and emails are being ignored, and I am given excuses every time I follow up. I am extremely disappointed with this experience. I had hoped to be a student at this university, and I can only imagine the challenges that current students must be facing.
We have an insurance policy with Outsurance, and our experience has been deeply disappointing. When we needed to file a claim, we encountered numerous issues and falsehoods. Outsurance informed us that we had to pay an excess fee, which was never explained to us when we initially took out the policy. They assured us that they had a recording of us consenting to this fee. We agreed to pay the excess to proceed with our claim but requested the recording to verify the information. It has been months, and we have yet to receive the recording. Every time we inquire, we are told that they are still waiting for the recording to be released. This is a clear misrepresentation of information and misconduct. We are still waiting for their proof, but it feels like we are being taken for fools.
I purchased a second-hand car from Suzuki Northcliff, and unfortunately, the experience has been extremely disappointing. The car was sold to me with numerous issues, and the dealership has been evasive and unhelpful. Firstly, my car service plan is in disarray because they failed to take the car in for its initial service. They have also refused to provide me with the spare key. Additionally, the air conditioning in the car does not work, and despite the car being only five years old with 38,000 kilometers, they have not been able to explain why it has so many problems. I have been trying to get the air conditioning fixed for years now, but I have received no assistance. The staff at Suzuki Northcliff have been very rude, and their conduct has been unacceptable.
If it was possible to give a rate of zero I would. They had my car the entire day, and still could not do everything I asked. They do not answer calls and I had to physically go there to get feedback. They even ignored the calls in front of me regardless of the fact that there were no clients present (they said they don’t want to be irritated). Truly horrible service. Would not recommend it to anyone!
I am having the worst experience with IGrow Cape Town. The agents are all rude. I have been complaining about a water leakage and expenses reimbur*****t for over a month. They ignore my emails, calls, and don’t care about their clients. They keep telling me they will get back to me with feedback and never do. I have to follow and run after them. I would never recommend them to anyone.
