A **** from one of MTN's partners, 3rd party consultant Mundu (which I only found out after contacting MTN) contacts me on 5 June 2025 under the pretence that I am speaking to an MTN consultant. It was confirmed that the call was recorded and hopefully it was. The **** states that I will be getting extra minutes, this and that etc at NO extra cost to me! I said to him that confirm that this will not cost me anything extra, which he does! I then agree and explicitly indicate on the provisio that this does not cost me anything extra! Again, the **** confirms this! This month the amount on my account increases by R800. I contact MTN and speak to Yonela Ntutu (Ref: 1-55518918761) who tells me that was two migrations on my account. After explaining to her that they indicated that it would not cost me anything and that I want the amount to be credited to my account, the consultant indicated that this is really not their problem because I spoke to one of their 3rd party consultants! So MTN provides my details to their 3rd party consultants Mundu, who are ****s and by doing so they create a mess, and I am having to suffer the inconvenience to sort this mess out! NOT MTN BUT ME! A person who has a job with a lot of work to do, has to take time out of my day to deal with the ****S that MTN partners with to increase their profits by LYING to their customers!!!! This is not the first run-in that I have had with MTN and it is sad that such a good company would stoop so low for gain!!!! I did contact the ****S (Mundu Consulting) on 0861236666 and was given Case Number: RCO668720 and Ref: K6T0Q0D because they will now first have to investigate. I am reporting this matter to the Information Regulator and I will take legal action against MTN and Mundu Consultants if this is not taken off my account at the end of July 2025.
