I am writing as a devastated client. I received a message stating that my funeral policy has been canceled due to the non-payment of five months, which is incorrect. I have tried calling, but there has been no answer. I also sent an email with proof of payments made, but I still have not received a response. Hollard is truly failing us as clients.

I opened a policy for my grandparents 2019 via two mountains, the consultants opened the policy and made me a premium payer , and my grandmother was the policy holder, the consultant never wanted any confirmation from my grandmother and even when i told him that the grandparents were divorced he said because they share the same surname it wont be a problem, then a year later or so we were migrated to Hollard Life, i continued paying for the tombstone cover until last year December 2023 my grandfather passed away and they said my grandmother cant get a claim because she was divorced long ago with my grandfather. i did tell them that the consultant said it wont be a problem so they said i must esclate the matter i did. They keep coming with excuses that my grandmother did not lay the complaint as she is the policy holder , i told them why from the first place they never asked for not a confirmation for the policy form her? they say she must write a letter to acknoledge the complaint how come now all of the sudden they want a 70something year old to write letters but when the policy was openend they never asked for anything from her? she cant even write i asked them to call her but till today no body called. I asked them to get all call recordings from the first consultants till now still no response. All i want is my premiums back and cancel the cover. May you please resolve that because i am using data which is bought with money while unemployed all i wanted was to give buy my grandparents tombstones should they pass on but unfortunately Hollard has failed me. Can you please resolve the issue of paying my premiums back since 2019.
