The staff does not have have excellent customer service, I was told I can come fetch my shoes when I got there I was asked about paxi number even though on the phone call I did state I didn't receive any sms from them when regards to paxi number can they do better and communication proper information
The activation of Uber one and how it is set up is misleading, now my money is gone by clicking on the payment method And again can you improve on lines for customer service, I tried calling the landline on the website it is not going through, there is no email to get assistance from Please do better or have a WhatsApp number for easy access
