Catherine Melrose - Robshaw Properties
Robshaw Property and more specifically Catherine Melrose took over the property I am renting from a previous agency. I have never worked with an agent as lazy and unwilling to do her job. Not only has she never had any interest in viewing the property to see what it looks like ****il I basically had to beg her to cover myself for when I move out), she also expects me (the tenant) to do her job for her - I had to take pictures of water damage from a tank leak in the ceiling, of the maintenance work being done and the progress. Since completion she has not once followed up to ask if the job was done properly, or if she could come by to see it to make sure it was done to the satisfaction of the owner. The apartment was left in a mess with dirt and dust everywhere, but as the tenant she expects me to have it cleaned. I am not sure what the agent even gets paid to do at this stage, I would not recommend her to anyone.
