VDS Autobody for the win #Joe is a superstar
We had a car involved in a accident and VDS autobody was on the list of recommended panel beaters. The car was sent in with some damage to the passenger side fendor, headlightc, bumper. A gentlement by the name of Joe, was assigned to oversee the process, and I must say I commend him on his professinalism throughout the process, constantly providing updates and keeping us upto date on what is happening. When we collected the car I was greeted with the same level of friendlyness and professionalism by the receptionist and Joe. The car was repaired brilliantly and we are very happy with the overall experience. Thank you Joe & VDS for the great service

Flora Auto Clinic Level of service is pathetic
Has to be one of the worst customer experiences ever!!! My very good friend had gotten into a accident, where she was forced to drive up against a pavement inorder to avoid bumping other cars, this was the 11.01.2024. Her vechicle was then booked in on the 12.01.2024 and now 22.02.2024 almost 6 weeks later the car is finally done. She had asked me to step in and assist because she just wasnt receiving feedback on her car and was left in a position where it started costing her alot more to get to and from work if she did get anything,they sent her generic sms messages that gave no indication of how far along they are or what is actually happening to the the car. Both of us tried contact the panel beater for a proper update because accodring to them the car had 'minor damage' yet 3 or 4 weeks later no one can give us sensible feedback. Evrytime you tried getting someone senior to call you it never happened. And dealing with the staff/consultants(which I wuld love to mention, but cant) there is by far the worst thing you can do because they have terrible attitudes and down right rude. I had to speak to 7 people(unfortunately due to restrictions cant be named) who couldnt give me details to a point that I had to take my friend and go directly to the panel beater and when we got there to no surprised we where meant with the same level of service. No one could provide proper timelines as to why it takes that long, instead blame was placed with the insurer. Once at the panel beater we where PROMISED the car would be done and when the day came NO UPDATE was given that the car is not ready. Finally after almost 6 weeks we told the car is ready to be collected and over and above that what i pressume is a senior in the business ask me to remove my first review I had put up which I find extremely unprofessional. So if you willing to deal with pathetic service then Flora Auto clinic is for you, because dealing with them feels like they doing you favors yet you PAYING FOR A SERVICE

THE WORST PLACE TO EVER DEAL WITH
BY FAR THE WORSE PANELBEATER I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH!!!! and to be under the AUTO MAGIC brand it is pathetic Do yourself a favor and find ANY other panel beater to deal with before you deal with them. Our vechicle was booked in on the 12.01.2024 and supossedly ready 22.02.2024, 6 WEEKS later and good Lord what a 6 weeks it was trying to deal with the INCOMPENTENT and RUDE staff namely ELOUISE and CHERY-LEE who's level of customer service couldnt even be compared to that of a street vendor. I had to constantly call and follow up on what is happening with the car to a point where I just got so frustrated and irritated I actually made my way to there premises and not surprised to see that the level of service in person was even worse. I spoke to Cherylee who confirmed that it took three weeks to place a order for a fendor liner and hubcap, when asked why she couldnt give me a striaght answer and due to the absolutely appauling service referred me to one of the PANELBEATERS, yes not a manager because NON was available everytime you asked. When I got the the workshop I was shocked to learn that what they told me was minor damage to my car(FRONT BUMPER AND TIRE) to now see the complete driver side stripped and sanded IF YOU WILLING TO WAIT FOR WEEKS ON END FOR A CAR SEND IT TO FLORA AUTO BECAUSE THEYLL GLADLY GIVE YOU THE WORSE SERVICE YOU EVER EXPERIENCED
