Dros Krugersdorp - BAD SERVICE! BAD ATTITUDE!

I made an reservation booking for an 21st dinner at dros the 16th of Feb '24, when my mother called for the confirmation of the reservation the manager told her they don't take reservations because of the wednesday special. Firstly their staff didn't know and secondly mad service to not appologize, when my mother mentioned giving them a review she sat the phone in her ear down. BAD SERVICE! BAD ATTITUDE! Making mistakes you should apologize to clients, and inform your staff. We went alot there and sadly we won't anymore. Manager is rude!
