Worst in the business!
This business and these people, namely, Louise Du Plessis, should be closed down and locked in prison. After communicating with me personally and promising me that I would receive my order, as well as requesting that I give them another chance, have ****** the R1318.00 I paid to them, and obviously I never received anything back from them. Disgusting that people like this are still around! *******!!

I had an ongoing discrepancy involving Payflex and a particular merchant. Dineo at support@payflex was the first and only person to help me understand the discrepancy, and took the trouble to contact me telephonically. Dineo is an asset to your company, which is more than I can say about the other agent who kept emailing me the same messages. Thank you for your great customer service Dineo.
