Very bad service

Ordered a chair about 10 months ago, came just as is, didn't even come in a box, got small damage to the back, nothing major. now the chair's back of the chair is starting to disintegrate. I did try to make contact with them more than a month ago, still no answer. For the price you pay for this chairs this is extremely bad service. Will not recommend to anyone.
