Bad customer service received
Ordered from them after checking availability of stock. Received an email after 3 days stock would be available. After 5 days I canceled my order and requested an refund. I followed up daily on the refund . 10 days later now and still not refunded. Please avoid this company at all times.

After service and communication non-existant
Trading as CAPE CREW CARS - BELLVILLE. We bought a bakkie through them on 9 January 2024. We waited almost 3 weeks for the registration to be done. The bakkie were mechanical inspected by them and all cleared. After arriving at home, we noticed oil leaks and driver seat mechanism not working. I took the bakkie back on their request and on route I discovered some malfunction of the brakes and reported it. The bakkie went in for repairs and came back brakes still not functioning. This morning, I got stucked on the highway for the third time. Neither the owner or his staff is responding to our calls or emails. This is the worst service I ever received from a company.
