Please make sure to read your contract when joining this gym. They won't mention verbally that when your contract expires it will automatically change to a month to month contract that needs to be cancelled by giving 30 days notice. I only realized they were still deducting 3 months after my "12 month contract" should have expired. I called and spoke to a manager who pretty much told me "tuff, you should have read your contract" I asked her multiple times if there is nothing they could do for me. She just kept on repeating that I should have read my contract. I find very disappointing that when I signed up, I specifically asked if they have a month to month option. I was advised they don't. But now, after collecting my money for a further 3 months, the "month to month" option apparently exists. Even after explaining that I feel mislead, they did not even try to mediate the situation with any kind of solution. They would rather leave you feeling like money was ****** from you or that it's your own fault. Very sad times we live in where companies does not give a damn about individuals and would rather lose customers that show compassion for something they do have control over.
