I wouldn’t even give them one star rating I Saw that they are selling cars for auctioning on Facebook when I spoke to the guy he wanted 50% of the price before I even saw the vehicle claiming it’s to keep the vehicle aside for me before auction but I wasn’t stupid enough to pay the 50% when I went to the address they provided on the website to look at the car it was a dead end no car dealership near the location he provided when I phoned him ( Josef) and told him I was at the address provided he ended the call immediately I tried phoning back but got no respons guys please watch out for ****s like these. Do not pay before seeing the car…I didn’t and luckily they did not get any money out of me.

DO BETTER!
I would give this review a half a star but unfortunately it won’t allow me. I have been waiting a week for my package and Buffalos excuse is my address is wrong but it is NOT as Buffalo has delivered my parcel before on the same address. They keep saying “delivering”then “Return Reason : suburb not matching address” which is complete nonsense and was rectified multipel times and I still haven’t received my parcel …I will be asking for a full refund I want the vat and tax money back that I paid for as I didn’t receive anything so for what did I pay tax for then? Air??? ..I won’t be ordering from SHEIN again unfortunately as I won’t go through this trouble again.please do not use Buffalo as they do not respond to your emails.The WhatsApp number does not work. They might take your things .They don’t answer on the live chat option what funny is it says that they respond immediately but they reallllly don’t answer at allll I asked if I can pickup my parcel instead and they said no with no explanation I wonder why that is ?🙄 am very upset I hope SHEIN and other businesses can find another company than Buffalo to deliver their packages.

Do better
The worst company… they don’t contact you about your parcel or package they keep making excuses about the address being wrong even if you phone and correct it every time. I wil not be ordering from SHEIN again as buffalo does not deliver the parcel my package has been at buffalo for almost a week i keep trying to find out about my parcel everyday and every two days they say they will deliver but never do…Might be ****** for all I know..do not recommend going through Buffalo at all yall stay safe out there.
