I have been trying to contact this service provider for the last two days to get a correction or refund on a purchase made and i have still not heard back from their call center agents,the shops where i bought the electricity tells me i have to go to municipality and they will contact the owner of the meter number and she must give me the money of the electricity (she is a widow on pension) btw where will she get the 1000 to give to me so i can get electricity for my house????? She said to me she can pay me off in small amounts over the next few months how is that going to help me with lights and cooking ? I did request a meter number change and refund amd has yet to help by anyone from this company.
