Ntombo Hobo Northriding estate agent is all ego and zero skill. Doesn't hear anything you say, too busy speaking over you. Under evaluates to ensure easy sell for her commission. Do yourself a huge favour and pick anyone else. Seriously, run a mile.

Ask for Gift for fast private deal
Well if you looking for a sell under the table, ask for Gift. Hell buy any laptop or mobile phone "under the table". Meets you in the public toilet and presto you walk away with cash. Apparently more than the store would have paid.
