Ridiculously poor quality of service from a premium band
Seriously disappointed with ridiculously poor quality of service from a premium brand. Most other businesses I purchase online through offer much better feedback, and much faster delivery times. The iStore online system does not allow for efficient tracking of a purchase. Their whatsapp line goes unanswered. I called them on 0870575500 yesterday and was assured that the phone I purchased would be given to couriers this morning. Now I called again around 15:30 and am told that the invoice has not been processed yet, and that delivery will occur in another 2 business days at the earliest, but by then it will be too late for my purposes. No possibility exists to escalate the matter, speak to a manager, or even to collect the device in person.

Hellopeter platform allows businesses to look worse than they are
<div>I find it enormously frustrating that a client, who can be as irrational and emotional and even abusive as they want, can vent on this platform and give a business a 1-star rating as if the business is the ultimate disappointment. Truth be told, oftentimes such a client had been acting immensely selfishly, inconsiderately and even *******ly. But to point that out as a response on your platform means that we descend into a mud-slinging contest that I'm unwilling to entertain. As a consequence the negative review stands unopposed, which is most undeserved considering the level of effort we had poured into trying to keep the client happy. My suggestion to hellopeter is that a business can respond with an icon indicating that a comment is seen as unfair and unduly biased to indicate to other readers that the comments they see should be taken with more than a pinch of salt.</div>

Rapid service, delivered more than was requested.
Superb service! I don't normally leave reviews, but these guys were awesome. I was able to buy a Samsung A34 from them at a lower price than anywhere else, and then they threw in a screen protector and cover as well. Following payment yesterday around 12:30, the phone was delivered 8:30 this morning with a surprise 20W charger included as well!
