My car was in for repairs last month which was completed on the 9th April however I notice that the smash and grab was not done on the the window that was damaged. I have been in contact with the service agent Tembakazi from the Durban branch however the agent makes empty promises that it will be done.ive sent numerous messages to the service agent but no response. Ive called into the offices and was promised that a manager will call me which was never done. I am not happy with the service as I’m now waiting almost a month for the company to sort out my window.
I would like to thank Jean Pierre Sampson for his prompt and excellent service. I'm considering of moving all our vehicles over to King Price.
