Carbon Black Auto Would you deal with them?

I took My car to Carbon Black Auto for them to sell it on Consignment for 60days. The car was apparently "Sold" and has dissapeared from their showroom, which has now closed down in Rivonia. 3 Months later I have still not been paid for my car although promises are made and broken every week. Carbon Black Auto have now moved to Umhlanga. Where is my car? Where is my money? I still have the papers, tha Service records and the spare key. The new "owner" must be unhappy about this situation too?Carbon Black have made Promises and excuses over and over again. I leave it to you to decide whether you would deal with them?
