Money deducted without permission
In January 2024 AVBOB committed a crime against me by deducting money off my payslip/persal. To this day I have not received any feedback of how my case is going and no refund even after going through the process of acquiring a case number and having my fin office cancel further deductions from AVBOB. I do not know how your employees got ahold of my personal details and permission to deduct R562.00 from my payslip. I had never spoken to anyone from AVBOB and certainly didn't suggest to anyone that I want to join AVBOB. How this happened, I have no idea. Please escalate this issue.
