The staff at Bounce Inc is very friendly, they are bubbly and willing to assist you when you need help. The staff is very patient and the venue is clean, all sections have a member supporting and ensuring everyone is safe and follows correctly the rules.
The people working at Gorilla Wireless internet service providers are totally unprofessional, they do not attend to complaints. I have installed their wifi, but in a month it would work only two weeks, other days the internet is down and they don't notify us if their internet will be down or the course whatsoever, you must call them constantly to ask what is wrong, they always don't know, they will tell you it is under maintenance. And I had a problem with my internet, and they were giving me problems when I requested them to come and check it out, they were rude saying I must be the one who caused the wifi to have a problem, and if they come to me and they don't find anything wrong, they will charge me heavily, so we had an argument about it, I told them that if it had no problems I wouldn't be calling them and reporting it. But they just didn't want to attend to me, I had to force them to come. After a lot of days has passed, they came and found that a part of the material they installed had faults, since then they took it they never got back to me, it has been 3 months now. But every month they sending me an invoice saying I am owing. But I have no internet, so I don't know what are they billing me for. I wouldn't advice anyone to get their products, it's a total waste of your money.
