slow, poor communication
very slow, no communication after the R249 debit order...kept on being sent from pillar to post when i call to enquire, rude agents from the sales support team not helpful at all. opted onto cancelling the application and till now there is no cancellation sms or email, i wish i could name and shame the sales agent

They dnt respond or update with regards to my money that needs to be payed back!!
I mistakenly sent a payment to peach payments, i called them to send back the money, worst part i am the one who has to call and follow up. They asked for my POP i sent it to 3 of their employees, i dbt want to mention names at this point. I kept calling for updates but nothing!!!! Its almost a week now of calling and making follow ups. Tomorrow i am deciding on going to the small claims court coz it seems like i wont be getting my money any time soon.
