The service in Section A, NETCARE MULBARTON is appalling. Only one nurse is proactive (apparently usually assigned to another section). The bell rings for 10 minutes before someone comes to switch it off (usually the ladies who bring food or the cleaning staff) and unfortunately because they can’t help they’ll inform you they’ll call the nurses who won’t appear for another 30 minutes where you will have to ring the bell again. Same goes for the phone, I couldn’t get help from ringing the bell and asked someone to call them as I was too weak to interact. The phone was unanswered and diverted 3 times back to the receptionist, we waited an hour for assistance to which I received a cheeky comment for asking someone else to call for help. Whether being understaffed or just poor work ethic amongst the majority of the nurses always chatting at the nurses station is the reasoning, I am not sure. But this is disgraceful service, absolutely unacceptable.
Great pizza, freshly baked in oven with a front row seat off the process. Love the sangria too
