I was told my goods will be covered when moving and when I put a claim in I am told that it wont be covered. Caroline confirmed that it will be covered, just for Patience to come along, whom I had to ask 2 to send me the claim information, to tell me that her boss Marise needs to look at it because Caroline made a mistake by saying that the goods will be covered. Best of all in this is that the Broker who was assigned to us left, and then when I got in contact with him regarding our policies I was told that he left 2 months ago and CIB should have notified me. Everytime that you call or email them there is someone new. Staff turnover is insane!! Should have never moved over to CIB
