On Good Friday this year i called the company to fix a power outing. Max came out and work for less than 2 hours, He then charged me R28000 for unessarily doing over my whole DB board. Never gave me a quote. After the weekend I verified his prices of components used and to my utmost shock he grossly overcharged me with pricing of 5 to 10 times as much as the real cost. I also had to do payment immediately. When trying to contact him afterwards he put the phone down in my ear during discussion.So watch out for this unfair business practice especially if you are a layman or pensioner. This company has to be stopped with their ******* of fellow citizens!!!!!!
We have ordered curtains from Metro Centurion Mall in October 2023.The promise was that it will take about 2 weeks.After numerous enquiries and visits to the shop during which they could not find the curtains we eventually received it after about 6 weeks.The one curtain was fine but the other one creased,dirty and with flaws.We returned it and after an unpleasant discussion they took the curtains back.We did not hear anything from them and on enquiry the curtains was once again gone.After another 6 weeks we insisted after many promises of delivery we received the curtains.it was still the same and in spite of them admitting that it is faulty they just bluntly refused to correct the bad craftmanship on the one cur******he staff members were rude and there was no effort of customer service although they at one stage confirmed that the curtains are faulty.We have the curtains but it cannot by hanged.We will never recommend them in future for anything.The fact is that we had to pay in full six months ago for a product we are still not happy with.
