Pathetic Service

absolutely useless ISP, there is not a month where the network does not drop consistantly, they "upgrade your speed" but down grade their service. when you complain about not getting the speeds the have supposedly upgraded you to the only solution they have is to cancel their service to you as it is "mutually beneficial" to them rahter then hiring competent network engineers to solve the issue.
