Bad service
Guys no response or update in over 10 hours while I have been off for over a week baring a couple of hours this is the worst service I have received from you and I have been a client for over 6 years Please advise what is going on Should I perhaps send you my bill for the over 30 gigs of mobile data that I’ve had to use over this week to keep my business barely running And you cannot even provide an update This has left an extremely bad impression

Bad service

Pathetic Service
absolutely useless ISP, there is not a month where the network does not drop consistantly, they "upgrade your speed" but down grade their service. when you complain about not getting the speeds the have supposedly upgraded you to the only solution they have is to cancel their service to you as it is "mutually beneficial" to them rahter then hiring competent network engineers to solve the issue.

Customer Friendly.
What an excellent company! I have received wonderful service from PacketSky. Best part is, when things go wrong, and you phone them, an actual live person picks up the phone and sort out the problem. How refreshing! I would recommend PacketSky any day. N Spangenberg.

PacketSky - The best choice I could have made
After two years with one of the larger fibre companies and completely horrible service (I should say NON-SERVICE), I did my homework. I narrowed it down to my top three options and decided to go with PacketSky. Finally, I made the perfect choice. Everything about their service is excellent. And as a side benefit - the internet actually works!! I'm now on my fifth month of excellent service from them. I couldn't be happier. Thank you to all those who work there.

My fibre line speed was dropping and so was the internet so I took it up with PacketSky. The feedback and follow up by both Chanelle and Reynhart Wouda were excellent and service par excellence - give them both Bells
