I used my card in Switzerland and unfortunately had issues with it:- 1. The ATM did not allow the full amounts of cash requested hence several withdrawals had to be made and each incurred unnecessary bank charges 2. At some restaurants and retail outlets the card payment was rejected, this was embarrassing and most inconvenient for me as I had to draw cash from the ATM notwithstanding the problems encountered with the ATMs. 3. I did notify my professional banker to investigate and have since (6 Jan 2026) not had any response
I opened a betting a/c with them and cannot withdraw my deposit, the T&C's do not say you have to bet all your deposit before withdrawing any remaining funds in the account. I deem it to be unfair practice close to a ****.........
I've had the unpleasant experience of buying items which the price at the cashier is higher than the shelf price and it's a mission to get the refund notwithstanding the unfriendly service when trying to get the refund this unfortunately has happened to me 4 times They take advantage of shoppers not checking the price at he tills - sic! I will no longer shop there!
The serving portions on the Teriyaki Chicken Poke Bowl has halved and the smoothies are watered down, notwithstanding the unfriendly service This was at the Neighbourhood branch I will no longer patronize them
I made 2 online payments on 23 Oct 2023 Both payments lost, not rejected or failed Call center promised to get back to me and i am still waiting Furthermore, the Nedbank app for feedback failed too Poor Service
On TV you advertise a savings offering 12,4% but when I get onto onlne banking to switch my investment it is not offered notwithstanding 45 minute call to the call centre which gave me the run around funny enough I am not surprised
I paid the amount as per the statement in full a week before due date and still get charged interest, this is wrong. I am curious how many many get ripped off like this
I went into Nedbank Fox street on Thursday and saw a lady by the name of Mina who she politely said she would call me by Monday afternoon and if I don't hear from her then I should call her on her direct number which she gave to me. Monday afternoon at 3:30 pm I call and Zenele answers and has no idea who Mina is or her number. I feel scammed, not even the Call centre could help
The contact number provides the worst service I have ever experienced, when I do eventually get thru to someone I get cut off, sad case for such a big organization
