After bad experiences with other hosting companies, we did our research and moved all our business - misc domains and email hosting, to HostAfrica. It was complicated and wasn't easy. But the people there were super helpful. We noticed the improvement in our service immediately. We didn't appreciate how bad our old service was until was saw that HostAfrica got everything right. There were a couple of glitches that we caused ourselves, and HostAfrica sorted things out quickly. We are very happy that we made the move. Thank you!!
I completely understand why Rain has far more one-star reviews than any positive ones. Should you choose to sign up with them anyway, you will likely be back on Hellopeter writing your own one-star review. Be warned. We no longer needed the extra 5-G router service. We stopped the service and returned their router. We paid our bills in full. They then sent an email saying we hadn't returned the router. They have their router. We phoned and sorted things out. Or so we thought. Nope. They constantly send emails demanding that we return their router. And we always phone back, again and again. But no more! Today we received a threatening legal letter. What a stupid stupid stupid organization. My only recourse at this point is to file a claim against them for harassment. On the phone, they acknowledge that they HAVE their router! Their online service chat is NOT manned by a real person. AI just keeps repeating the same nonsense. Not helpful. I finally got an email address< support@ rain.co.za - but after sending an email to what you would think might be actual "support", I get this email back: "Thanks for reaching out. This mailbox is unattended" NO SUPPORT. NO HUMAN BEINGS. HOPELESS. We keep getting demanding email after email. How can a company that is so ***********ly run stay in business??? I hope they fold soon. Run away. Get out of the Rain!!!!!

All in the Kitchen near Blauberg is the most amazing hidden gem of a restaurant/take away/deli. The food is fantastic. I stumbled across their shop one day and it's been my favorite place for lunch ever since. They have daily specials, and I get excited when they publish their upcoming menu at the beginning of each week. I now plan my calendar around All in the Kitchen's menu.
The employees at Brights Hardware, especially those at Montegue Park, are excellent. I like fixing things, but don't always know what I'm doing. Every single time, they help me out with advice and just the right item. I'll drive past the bigger chain hardware store to go to Brights. Every department has been helpful at one time or another. Every time. All the employees. Thanks!
Excellent and prompt service. I found exactly what I was looking for and at a good price. I ordered it on Wednesday and the next day it was at my door. In less than 24 hours I was using the product that I had ordered online from this company. Wow. I'll be back.
Virgin Active Table View is a NIGHTMARE. I have repeatedly canceled my membership but they continue to bill me. Listen to all the reviewers. If you join Virgin Active that decision will haunt you forever. They should be put out of business and what they do is nothing short of robbery. Shame, shame, shame. Do not be a fool and ever step foot in this criminal organization.
After two years with one of the larger fibre companies and completely horrible service (I should say NON-SERVICE), I did my homework. I narrowed it down to my top three options and decided to go with PacketSky. Finally, I made the perfect choice. Everything about their service is excellent. And as a side benefit - the internet actually works!! I'm now on my fifth month of excellent service from them. I couldn't be happier. Thank you to all those who work there.
Our company has struggled with Telkom and our business telephone lines for a long while. Recently, Heinrich at H&H and his team did an outstanding job of sorting out our telephone system with multiple lines and extensions. They were extremely prompt and communicative and very reasonably priced as well. After all the nightmares of struggling with other companies, I can't tell you how happy I am working with Heinrich at H&H. Definitely five stars.
For many months my car battery was being inexplicably drained. The Mercedes mechanics AND Battery Centre suggested that it was the Cartrack devise. (It was.) I canceled the service, at which time they told me that I would I have to pay for an extra month's service. I agreed and TWO more months of service were paid for by auto debit - the month of service, plus another month of service. I drove to Cartrack in Bellville to have the device removed. It took three hours while I waited. ALSO, while waiting I noticed a young man driving my car!! I had not given permission to anyone to drive my car - AND he was driving my car while NOT wearing a masking or taking any other safety precautions. What gives him that right? After three hours, they finished with my car. The place on the vehicle where they install the device is supposed to be a secret - but there was black adhesive smeared all over the exterior of front right fender of my car and there was damage to the inside area of the right front headlamp. The rubber seals had been pulled away and damaged. Black grease and melted rubber adhesive smeared all over the front of a white car. Whatever. At least me sad relationship with Cartrack is now over and my car battery will no longer be drained by their devise. WRONG. Now I get multiple phone calls each and every day from Cartrack (sometimes they just call and put the phone down) telling me that I owe them another R120 for an additional month. I had already paid for more than an extra month from the date I canceled. The payment had been paid by auto debit for years and years - including the extra penalty month. I'm not paying them for a second penalty month. I thought I had heard the last from this miserable organization. But NO. They will haunt you forever. BE WARNED - If you read all these reviews, 1.5 on Hellopeter (it SHOULD be less than 1.0 actually) and you still chose to sign up with Cartrack you have only yourself to blame.
