I love SAA, been booking with them for years. Today I made a mistake and chose the wrong destination, whilst booking for 4people. Once I processed payment I realised that I made an error and called immediately. They refused to assist, they changed with a penalty fee of R230 per person, which was R920 for 4 people and up till now I haven't received the correct e-ticket. I called them numerous times and I'm told I made an error on my side, so I must pay the penalty fee. I mean I called them whilst the payment was still pending but they refused to assist and demanded that I pay the penalty fee.
I have been a very loyal customer to you for years now. At first you were using great products, which where value for money. However I have noticed that from last year the quality of your products have changed and it’s horrible! Which is a waste of time and money for me, how many times do I have to come back to fix my nails? Because it either broke, or the top coat is off, or even the acrylic is coming off… I came in for my nails 2 weeks ago, the top coat came off and had to come last week to repair. A day later after repairing my nails started breaking in half. I am so unhappy and disappointed with this. You have great staff, who does their job greatly so, however the cheap products you are using are a complete let down. I’m so disappointed as this is not the first time, but third time now. I’m very unhappy and disappointed… hardly two weeks and some of the nails are out? Please change products or you will end up losing customers and using more products as we have to come back time and again. This is very disappointing.
I would like to lodge a complain with regards to Mr Sekoko Noel Maja, working under Mr Patrick Makgato Associates, who is the owner of the law firm. He was my attorney since October 2023. I have been making payments to him as he has been demanding but unfortunately he didn’t do his part. At first he submitted incorrect information to the court and all along I have been paying him. Mr Maja agreed that the matter should step down as he submitted the forms via email and not with the Sheriff, this is after he was paid, so who Is wrong, he knew he was supposed to submit via the Sheriff but still continued with the wrong process, I reported this to the owner of the firm, & they did agree they will discuss a way forward, but they didn’t as I was sent another statement for the 2nd appearance. Mr Maja was an attorney under Letheba Makgato & Associates. Now I need to pay extra costs and money as I have been told that he no longer works for the law firm. All along when he was doing all these wrong things I have been reporting him to Mr Makgato who is the owner of the firm. He has also just realised that some of the payments where being paid to Mr Maja’s personal account, but I don’t think this is fair as it’s an internal matter. Second court appearance, after being paid he never appeared to court, no communication whatsoever. I again went to their law firm, and met with the Mr Makgato, who advised that he’s in court, however when I got there, he was in his office. Again he said we will resolve, nothing was said, no feedback with regards to Mr Maja. Mr Makgato then said he will take over the case or matter, we then app**** for us to have an interview with the Advocate’s Office, which happened after I pushed, went to the Family Advocate’s office to get the date, I had to do and follow up on this process as nothing was done from my attorney’s side. I finally got the date, went to the advocate’s office, unfortunately it didn’t go well as my ex-husband & his lawyers were not informed. I then app**** for another date, which at least happened, got the report, fetched it myself, and forwarded to Mr Makgato, he still charged me for the report, which I don’t understand why as I’m the one who made sure we get what is needed to move forward with the case. Now since we have received a report & submitted to my attorney’s nothing has been done, as I apparently have to sign an affidavit, which for me is a duplicate, as everything that’s on the affidavit is everything that’s In the file, as I went to court to check and try to apply for a date myself as my attorney’s were not doing this. We were waiting for the Family advocate’s report now we have it for over a month but nothing has been done still, up till I went to Letheba Makgoto’s offices yesterday, who is demanding that I make a payment, how do I keep making payments to a service that I’m not getting. I’m reaching out to find help please. This has been an awful, terrible experience. I need my divorce case to be closed and I’m reaching out as I feel that my lawyers have failed me up to date, since 2023. Now I must make payments upfront still, for something that hasn’t been actioned and also I believe I’m still in credit as I’ve paid but the lawyer never came to court and the other time he submitted incomplete information knowing too well it’s incorrect.
I made flights bookings for myself and my 2daughters last year. Unfortunately my daughter got very ill and we couldn’t make it for our vacation as planned. I have been In touch with Flysafair to get my refund and trust me it was a hustle. Eventually I got help from Rudy, however this is after I had to send confidential information and disclose why we couldn’t travel anymore. Initially I was advised that I will get my full refund as I had sent them everything. Whilst following up with Rudy from Flysafair, she sent me a credit note amount, which was a completely different amount from the voucher and the penalties were not being paid back. Now I’ve been following up and getting not much of a constructive feedback. I need my money back. How does Flysafair expect to deduct my money and punish me with penalties even after I have proved that my daughter was sick and we couldn’t travel? Why is Flysafair refusing with my money even after I’ve shared such personal and sensitive information with them regarding my daughter being in hospital? Even the Dr did send a letter regarding my daughter’s condition. What else do I need to prove so I can get my full refund back as promised? Why do I have to beg to get my money back as I have proven everything to the airline???
Been shopping around for a car, but I must say the service I received from Thabo was top notch. He was so patient and answered all the questions asked, without hesitation or irritation. He had time for us. Keep it up!!
We checked in on time, our luggage bags could fit in the flight. For some reason, unfortunately we were assisted by a rude lady, who said we were late for check in. Our flight was at 14:20, we were there at 13:45pm, only to be told we are late, for what exactly? pity other passengers with bigger luggage were allowed to go in with their luggage inside the flight. I find this humiliating to us as blacks that we are still being treated differently than other races, sad!!!
Tracker installed a tracking device in my car without my knowledge. I have sent them the ownership papers and i need them to advise on what verification do they do to check if a car belongs to that person? I am highly upset with Tracker's service. I have tracker installed in my car without my knowledge. My husband and I are going through a divorce and not staying together, he knew I going to fetch the car, now my life is in danger as her knows where I stay, came here and caused a scene. How do you install tracker in my car without my knowledge, how is it possible, do you not verify details on who the car belongs to? This is not his car but my car. I have sent them a copy of the car registration, that car doesn’t belong to him. I need details as to what checks were done & how this was installed as it’s not the car. I also need that tracking device uninstalled ASAP!!!!!!!!! I need this matter resolved ASAP and this tracker deactivated as this is not his car!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am the owner of this car and didn’t approve tracker to be installed in my car!!! I need answers today please!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
