Unhappy Customer
They seemed to do a good job and partially fixed a cupboard that they installed badly. A couple of months later we had an outbreak of damp in the area they had worked on and they tried to blame hidden piping in the wall. They sent out a guy to detect piping in the wall where the problem was and he found none. Since then, Advanced Waterproofing have ignored many requests by us to fix the damp under the gaurantee - we visited the office, phoned and emailed, with no response at all. We dealt with Jamie and Neil. Our conclusion: Jamie is a good salesman, but the follow up cannot be trusted.
