Worst Customer service experience I have ever had. I purchased a phone from these guys towards the end of November which was delivered to me on the 27th of November. From the onset, the phone had charging issues. I went to the istore and purchased a new charging set, thinking my old (original) iPhone charger, which I had previously used for my iPhone 12 might be faulty. The phone still maintained its issues. I bought the phone in Durban and went home to Cape Town on the 1st of December for the holidays. In January the first thing I did when I returned to Durban, was go to their Florida road outlet to report the issue. The technician took the phone and "fixed it" and said it was a "battery setting issue" which was now resolved. The phone seemed to work, for a week and then it was back to square one. I had to go back the following week for the same issue. Again, the technician "fixed it" and it worked for 2 weeks, and now after 2 weeks, the PHONE DOESN'T WORK!!! I totally advise against purchasing from them
This is the worst customer service experience i have ever had. The administrative staff was rude and unresponsive to most at communication. My lessons were constantly cancelled. I had four different instructors and each time the instructors were rude, on many occasions they would be on their phones whilst instructing and to make matters worse I had 2 instructors use vulgar language with me. Please don't use this service!!
